Clubs built to your specs — shaft, grip, loft, lie and length — by the manufacturer, then delivered to you or ready to collect in St Ives.
How long will my custom order take?
Lead times are set by each brand and change through the year. Current estimates:

Delivery time is added once your clubs leave the manufacturer.
After you place your order, we’ll send a separate email confirming it has been placed with the manufacturer, including a more accurate ETA for your clubs. If you’re ever concerned about the progress of your order, please feel free to contact us anytime.
Ordering for Christmas? Lead times are extended during the pre-Christmas peak, so please order early.
How do I place a custom order?
- Get fitted in store, or bring your specs from a previous fitting.
- Choose your heads, shafts, grips and any adjustments.
- Order in store, over the phone or through our Custom Shop.
- We’ll email you when your clubs arrive.

Can I change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible on 02 8040 3843 or info@golfparadise.net.au. We can pass changes to the manufacturer before your order goes into production, but not after.
Can I return custom clubs?
Strictly no returns or exchanges on all custom clubs. Custom-built clubs are made to order just for you. If there’s a manufacturing fault, see Warranty & Faulty Goods.
