All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
How do Afterpay and Zip work?
Choose Afterpay or Zip at checkout to get your gear now and pay it off in instalments. Approval, limits and terms are set by the provider. Learn more on our Zip page.
If you return an Afterpay or Zip purchase, the provider’s processing fee is deducted from your refund.
I’ve placed an order — what happens next?
- You’ll get an order confirmation email straight away — this is your receipt.
- We pack in-stock orders within 1–2 business days.
- You’ll get a shipping email with tracking once it’s on its way.
No confirmation email? Check your spam folder, then email info@golfparadise.net.au.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it’s shipped, you can return it under our returns policy.
What if an item is out of stock?
We keep stock levels accurate, but occasionally an item sells out in store before the website updates. If that happens, we’ll send the items we have and contact you to ask whether you’d like to wait for restock or receive a refund.
