Warranty & Faulty Goods
Something arrived damaged, wrong or not working as it should? We’ll make it right.
My order arrived damaged or wrong
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us straight away with your order number and a photo of the problem — we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.
How do I make a warranty claim?
- Email info@golfparadise.net.au or bring the item into the store.
- Include your order number or receipt, clear photos of the fault and a short description of what happened.
- We’ll assess the item and, where needed, lodge the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
- We’ll let you know the outcome — usually a repair, replacement or refund.
How long is the warranty?
Warranty periods are set by each manufacturer and vary by product. Typically:
| Clubs (heads) | 2 years |
| Accessories | 1 year |
Check each brand’s Australian website for full warranty details.
Normal wear and tear — like worn grips, face wear or scuffs from use — and damage from misuse or accidents aren’t covered.
Broken shafts: shaft breakage more than 1cm from the club hosel isn’t covered under warranty. We’re happy to provide a quote for reshafting.
MGI electric buggies
MGI buggies come with MGI’s own Australian warranty from the date of purchase:
| Zip and Ai series (buggy, battery and charger) | 3 years |
| E-Series pushcarts (pushcart, battery and charger) | 2 years |
Batteries and chargers purchased separately or outside of warranty have the following warranty periods:
| Zip/Ai batteries | 2 years |
| Zip/Ai chargers | 1 year |
| Zip/Ai accessories and parts | 1 year |
| HALO EYE | 2 years |
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, for the original purchaser only. It doesn’t cover water damage, damage from bunkers, hazards, golf balls or clubs, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear such as tyres, straps, paint and battery performance over time.
